MEMBERSHIP TYPE DEFINITIONS
Primary Member
A Primary Member is the person signing up for the membership, any member included under the Primary Membership is a Secondary or Tertiary member. A Primary Member has their own username and password, has full voting rights and can participate in member activities such as forum discussions, register for events, sit on committees and more.
Secondary Member
A Secondary Member is a Domestic Partner who resides with the Primary Member and not a relative.
Each Secondary Member has their own username and password, has full voting rights and can participate in member activities like forum discussions, register for events, sit on committees and more.
Tertiary Member
Tertiary Member is a Child of the Primary or Secondary Member who is under the age of 18 and resides with the Primary Member.
They are not able to log into the website, but a primary or secondary member can register them for events and sign them up for volunteering opportunities.
For example, under a family membership, the secondary member could be a spouse and the tertiary members their children.
Business Membership
A Business Membership is set up to record businesses that wish to receive copies of the clubs literature.
They are not able to log into the website.
Club Membership
Club membership is set up to record Volkswagen Clubs that wish to receive copies of the clubs literature.
They are not able to log into the website.
MEMBER Benifits
A membership entitles you to the following benefits:
- Admission to VWCV functions and ‘members only’ events
- Allows you to take part in the Club Permit scheme from VicRoads
- Receive a copy of the club magazine, Wagensville News
- Placing free ads in Wagensville
- Various discounts and offers as available
- Joining a community of like minded enthusiast happy to share and help with projects and advice
- Club memorabilia (Lanyard + card + sticker)
- Opportunity to get involved in club life as a volunteer or committee member
